Welcome!

Exploring psychotherapy can be an overwhelming process—especially while navigating the distress that led you here. Whatever the reason may be, you have taken an important step towards your healing journey.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), my aim is to foster an environment in which we can work towards gradual change in a manner that is meaningful and sustainable—beyond the therapy room.

If this sounds aligned with what you are seeking, I am here to offer support.

It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work.
